To help you, we offer transparent flat fee pricing. Our fees are established based on survey data of immigration attorneys from the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), aiming for around the 50th percentile.

Initial Consultation: $300
Marriage-Based Green Card (Adjustment of Status): $5,000
- Includes: Preparation and filing of all required forms, guidance on supporting documentation, interview preparation, and follow-up with USCIS.
Marriage-Based Green Card (Consular Processing): $4,500
- Includes: Preparation and filing of all required forms, guidance on supporting documentation, consular interview preparation, and follow-up with the consulate.
Naturalization/Citizenship Application: $2,500
- Includes: Preparation and filing of the N-400 form, guidance on supporting documentation, interview preparation, and follow-up with USCIS.
Renewal of Green Card: $1,500
- Includes: Preparation and filing of the I-90 form, guidance on supporting documentation, and follow-up with USCIS.
Fiancé(e) Visa (K-1): $3,500
- Includes: Preparation and filing of the I-129F form, guidance on supporting documentation, consular interview preparation, and follow-up with the consulate.
Removal of Conditions on Residence (I-751): $3,500
- Includes: Preparation and filing of the I-751 form, guidance on supporting documentation, and follow-up with USCIS.
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative: $1,500
- Includes: Preparation and filing of the I-130 form, guidance on supporting documentation, and follow-up with USCIS.
